- You’re an experienced Diploma or Cert 3 qualified Educator with a heart for high‑quality care and inclusive leadership
- Passionate about early childhood education and dedicated to creating engaging learning environments
- You design thoughtful programming that empowers children as independent learners
- Nurtures curiosity, resilience, and self‑awareness in every child
- Inspires inquisitive young minds through meaningful interactions and intentional teaching
- Lays a strong foundation for a lifelong love of learning What You’ll Bring
- A Diploma or Cert 3 in Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA‑approved equivalent
- A current Working with Children Check
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards
- Australian Working Rights
- A professional and friendly personal presentation
- Confidence and curiosity to build relationships with families and the local community
- A team‑first attitude and a desire to make a difference
