Civil Site Administrator Water Tank Project Part Time …, Frankston South

Seeking a Site Administrator to support our Civil division undergoing a complex Water Tank Construction Project in Sandy Creek, South Australia, located at the gateway to Barossa Valley, approximately one hour’s drive from Adelaide.

Permanent Part Time local role.

Key Responsibilities Coordinate site personnel access paperwork and recent starter inductions Maintain site rosters, timesheets, and liaise with payroll Assist with travel, accommodation, and training arrangements Manage invoicing, purchasing, and receipting of goods Oversee filing, record keeping, and reporting requirements Maintain office supplies, PPE stock, and consumables Support administrative, accounts, and HSE functions as required

Qualifications Previous experience in a similar role Strong communication and people skills Strong computer and systems skills and knowledge, in particular MS Excel Experience with high volume invoicing/purchasing JobPac and TimeTarget experience (desirable) Experience with Project Bank Accounts reporting (beneficial)
