Experienced Hospitality All Rounders Frankston

Hotel Lona is currently seeking experienced hospitality all rounders and supervisor level staff to join our team.

We’re looking for confident, capable hospitality people with strong bar and floor experience, and the ability to lead by example during busy service periods.

The ideal candidates will have: Previous hospitality experience in busy venues Strong bar, beverage and/or floor service knowledge Confidence supervising small teams and managing service flow A friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine ability to build rapport with locals and regulars Valuable understanding of restaurant, bar and nightlife operations Solid work ethic, reliability and full availability across nights and weekends

This is not an entry level role. We’re looking for people who can walk into a fast paced venue workplace and hit the ground running.

Pay: $32.31 – $40.05 per hour
