Junior IT Support (Langwarrin)

We are a small but growing IT & Cyber Security business and we're looking for the right person to grow with us. If you're customer-focused, enjoy solving problems, and want a flexible role (initially 1-2 days per week with the possibility of full time down the track)
- we'd love to chat. Recent IT grads and student still completing their degrees are very welcome to apply. There is some flexibility in hours and the role is mostly remote
- though you'll need to be based on the Mornington Peninsula, as some onsite work or meetings may be required from time-to-time. Typical duties include:
- Assisting customers with IT issues (Windows, Mac, Office)
- Setting up current accounts and computers
- Running monthly reports
- Escalating issues where required Due to the nature of the work, passing a background check (NPC) is required for this role. Benefits:
