Technician / Motor Mechanic - Automotive Dealership (Frankston)

Responsibilities
- Carry out vehicle repairs and/or maintenance as per repair order and to Vehicle Manufacturer, Dealership and Customer requirements and report promptly to workshop controller whenever this cannot be done;
- Used car reconditioning and roadworthy License would be advantageous;
- Maintain a sound knowledge of all Dealership products and services;
- Request assistance from Workshop Controller when diagnosis of a problem is required;
- Be responsible for the care and use of all workshop tools and equipment and return to correct place after use;
- Fill all related paperwork as per dealership standards – including proper description of work carried out on repair orders;
- Return vehicles in a clean condition after repairs;
- Keep a complete and up to date tool kit Qualifications
- Full Victorian driver’s licence (manual)
- RWC License
- Qualifications in motor mechanics
- High attention to detail and ability to read and understand instructions
