Senior Administrator – Public Practice Accounting Firm We are a growing and client-focused public practice accounting firm committed to delivering exceptional service and practical solutions to our clients. We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Administrator to oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the firm, ensuring efficient workflow, strong client service support, and effective coordination across the administrative and accounting teams. This is a hands‑on role, combining leadership with active involvement in administrative tasks, supporting the Practice Manager in delivering efficient and consistent operations. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office and administration operations
- Supervise and support a team of 2 administration staff
- Manage workflows, job coordination, and deadlines
- Support client onboarding, correspondence, and document management
- Assist with administration tasks during busy periods or team absences
- Essential experience with ASIC compliance and lodgement processes is required for this role
- Essential experience in coordinating and processing entity setups including companies, trusts, and partnerships is required
- Coordinate billing support, and debtor follow‑up
- Maintain practice systems, records, and administrative procedures
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency About You You will bring:
- Previous administration or office management experience
- 2‑5 Years Public practice accounting experience
- Robust organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and client service abilities
- High attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
- Experience with systems such as Xero Practice Manager, CAS360, or FuseSign is highly regarded
