- Create engaging, play-based learning experiences aligned with EYLF and NQS.
- Build warm, respectful relationships with children and families.

- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of every child in your care. What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a kinder assistant
- An ACECQA approved qualification (Cert III, Diploma or higher).
- Current Working with Children Check and First Aid/CPR, or willingness to obtain.
- Knowledge of EYLF, NQS and Child Safe Standards.
- A positive, proactive attitude with a genuine passion for early childhood education.
- Availability to work Monday to Friday between 6:30am and 6:30pm. About Birches Birches Early Learning is not corporate owned. We are proudly family run.
