About the Role As our Customer Service Officer, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers dropping off or picking up their vehicles for repair. Your role is essential in creating a professional, welcoming, and seamless experience. Responsibilities
- Greeting customers at reception
- Managing phone and email enquiries
- Making tea/coffee for customers and visitors
- Providing professional updates and follow-ups
- Supporting the site manager with day-to-day operations Qualifications
- Previous experience in Customer Service and Reception
- Strong admin and accounts background
- Experience in the automotive repair industry is a huge plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and process-oriented
- Reliable, with a consistent and qualified work ethic
- Confident using computers and business software
