Graduate Manufacturing Supply Chain (MSC) Program Our Mondelēz International Graduate MSC Program offers an 18‑month rotation experience across manufacturing, operations, continuous improvement, business development, production planning, health, safety and environment, and quality assurance. Responsibilities
- Work across programme rotations in Operations, Continuous Improvement, Manufacturing Business Development, Production Planning, Health, Safety and Environment (HSE), and Quality Assurance.
- Take real accountability and contribute to cross‑functional project teams driving innovation and growth.
- Apply on‑the‑job learning and formal training to expand horizons and develop leadership skills. Qualifications
- Graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in 2025 or expected to complete in 2026 (strong preference for Engineering, Science or Business disciplines).
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency at the time of application.
- Available to start in February 2027.
