Speech Pathologist Full Time Spearwood As a Speech Pathologist in our Spearwood clinic, you will be responsible for maintaining a mixed caseload, serving both in our clinic, as well as out in the community! Our purpose is transparent, and we want you to work with a team of Allied Health Professionals with unwavering determination, pursuing excellence and pushing boundaries to improve lives and lead in our field! - Drive and lead your own caseload, delivering exceptional care to our participants
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred speech therapy to a wide range of NDIS participants.
- Participate in peer consultations with other disciplines to achieve client outcomes.
- Work with clients to set achievable goals that will support them to function more independently.
- Reporting: Report disciplinary or grievance incidents, assist in record-keeping and data tracking, and provide necessary reports to senior management. What's in it for you!

- Completed Bachelor AND/OR Masters degree in Speech Pathology
- Full SPA Registration (or eligible on graduation)
- Valid Australian driver’s licence and access to a car
- Unrestricted Australian work rights
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
