- Working in the Property Management team with a very well maintained and manageable portfolio of between 50-70 properties to begin with.
- Marketing properties for lease and carrying out home opens through to application processing and reference checks.
- Co-ordinating maintenance and liaising between tenants and trades.
- No routines or PCR's (outsourced)
- On Site Role: Monday
- Friday 9am
- 5pm The Criteria
- At least 1+ years' experience in real estate; will look at Assistant Property Managers looking to grow, Inspections and Leasing Agents.
- Current PM Registration, drivers license and own vehicle.
- Attitude is everything, a real team player.
