What You Will Be Doing
Develop accurate, build‑ready electrical drawings and technical documentation
Ensure designs meet specifications, standards, and compliance requirements
Support production by delivering transparent, timely, and practical design outputs
Collaborate with engineers, production teams, and stakeholders
Identify and resolve design issues within your area of expertise
Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation initiatives
What You Will Bring
Formal drafting qualification (or equivalent experience)
Strong experience in electrical drafting, ideally within marine or heavy industry
Proficiency in AutoCAD, ShipConstructor, and Microsoft Office
Solid understanding of technical specifications, standards, and design processes
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
A proactive mindset with ownership of your work and outcomes
