Sous Chef (Fremantle)

We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for great food, be organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment. No nights. No split shifts. At least 3 years of experience as a breakfast & lunch chef in a high volume cafe/restaurant Ability to work effectively in a rapid paced environment with strong time management skills. Follow all safety procedures when handling food and other kitchen equipment. This role will need to be able to adapt to current existing routines and menu but also help to create new menus, catering and specials every week.
