**SOCIAL WORKER / CASE MANAGER**

**THE POSITION**: **Stream Healthcare** is recruiting Social Workers throughout Perth CBD! We are looking for qualified Social Workers and Case Managers who have experience working with clients in out of home care, justice system, mental health, housing and homelessness and child protection. You will be working for a wonderful organisation, providing care to clients and their families within the community.

We have vacancies available for experienced Social Workers and New Graduate Social Workers. Remuneration starts at $80,000
- 110,000 + Superannuation + Salary Packaging!!!

Team Leader positions also available!

**SELECTION CRITERIA**
- Fully qualified Social Worker, Psychology or related discipline with experience working in child protection, out of home care, mental health and diverse groups and communities.
- The ability to obtain a National Police Clearance, Drivers license and WWC.
