What You'll Be Doing:

- Greeting guests with a smile and the island vibe, helping them feel at home the moment they arrive.
- Answering questions, providing insider island tips, and assisting with bookings and check-ins.
- Making memories happen with seamless service and a knack for customer care.
- Working with an energetic, supportive team that feels more like family.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Ideally, you’ve already had a taste of front desk life in a resort, hotel, or tourism environment.
- You’re a natural at connecting with people, and you know how to make each guest feel valued.
- No challenge is too big or too small; you’re ready to keep things running smoothly.
- Island life can be fast-paced, so you’re ready to jump in, lend a hand, and keep the good vibes going.
- Experience with RMS or similar systems and basic computer skills will be a huge advantage.
