Export Logistics Executive Assistant (Fremantle)

Bullocks Freightmasters International is seeking to appoint an **Export Logistics Executive Assistant** responsible for assisting the Freight Forwarding Manager with customers’ international and domestic exports. The role reports to the Freight Forwarding Manager and liaises with all internal and external stakeholders, coordinating export logistics and supervising an Export Coordinator.

The key responsibilities of the position include the following: Ø Maintains and documents cost-effective freight services from providers for quotation to customers

Ø Arranges freight services and terminal bookings as instructed

Ø Completes export documents and ensures procedures are accurately and promptly followed

Ø Communicates on behalf of management with staff, customers, freight services, and cargo receivers.

Ø Monitors and reports on job performance for senior management

Assisting management in establishing and maintaining robust working relationships with internal departments, significant customers, suppliers, and government authorities is an important responsibility. The role supports all aspects of export freight forwarding services, assisting staff, customers and suppliers and monitoring cargo movements from collection to destination.

The **Export Logistics Executive Assistant** operates from the head office of Bullocks Freightmasters International, based in the centre of Fremantle, Western Australia.

Applicants **must have** a clean National Police Clearance, provide a one-hundred-point identification check and complete related pre-employment checks and assessments.

The successful Export Logistics Executive Assistant will enter into an employment agreement at a remuneration of $70,000 plus statutory superannuation, depending on qualifications and experience.
