- Welcome guests warmly and ensure smooth check-in/check-out
- Respond promptly to guest needs and special requests
- Co-ordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for room readiness
- Manage reservations and daily guest transactions accurately
- Provide information about hotel services and local attractions
- Maintain a clean, safe, and qualified front desk environment
- Participate in training and team meetings What You’ll Bring:
