The Opportunity We're looking for a hands-on Business Manager to lead our Fremantle venue. Someone who can run a tight operation, build a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Driving Performance Own venue performance against revenue and profit targets Monitor bookings, conversion rates, and utilisation Identify opportunities to increase sales and efficiency 2. Leading the Team Recruit, train, and develop a high-energy team of Game Masters Set standards and hold the team accountable Build a culture people actually want to be part of 3. Operational Excellence Ensure every customer experience is flawless Oversee daily operations, bookings, and scheduling Maintain the venue to a high visual and functional standard Identify issues before they become problems Improve systems, processes, and customer flow Bring ideas
