- Deliver exceptional guest service by anticipating needs, maintaining a professional appearance, and greeting guests politely.
- Clean and service allocated rooms to the highest standards within set timeframes, replenishing and controlling guest supplies.
- Report maintenance issues, unusual situations, and potential health and safety hazards promptly to the Supervisor.
- Follow all housekeeping policies, WH&S; guidelines, and hotel procedures, attending required meetings and training sessions.
- Provide support to other departments as needed and carry out additional duties directed by the Executive Housekeeper. Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality housekeeping services with attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of workplace health and safety practices.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and time-management skills.
- Skilled grooming standards and customer-focused approach.
