Salary: $110,000 per annum + superannuation

Due to continued business growth, we are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Financial Investment Adviser to join our professional team in Adelaide.

Key Responsibilities
Interviewing clients to assess their financial circumstances, income, assets, liabilities, investment objectives, risk tolerance and long-term financial goals.
Developing comprehensive financial plans and investment strategies tailored to clients' individual financial situations and objectives.
Advising clients on wealth creation, investment opportunities, portfolio diversification, asset allocation and long-term financial growth strategies.
Providing advice on investment products, managed funds, shares, bonds, fixed-interest investments and other approved financial instruments.
Monitoring investment performance and reviewing financial plans regularly to ensure strategies remain aligned with clients' objectives and changing market conditions.
Advising clients on retirement planning, superannuation strategies, wealth preservation and estate planning considerations.
Assisting clients in meeting superannuation compliance requirements and understanding available retirement income options.
Analysing clients' borrowing capacity and financial position to recommend suitable mortgage, home loan, investment loan, refinancing and commercial lending solutions.
Assessing loan structures and funding options to support clients' investment strategies, property acquisition plans and business growth objectives.
Advising clients on sources of funds, financing arrangements, debt management strategies and the financial implications of borrowing decisions.
Liaising with banks, lenders, financial institutions and other service providers to facilitate the approval and implementation of lending and investment solutions.
Recommending and arranging appropriate insurance products as part of clients' broader financial and wealth management strategies.
Collecting, analysing and interpreting financial, accounting and investment information to support financial planning and investment recommendations.
Preparing financial plans, investment reports, cash flow projections, forecasts, portfolio reviews and other client advisory documentation.
Maintaining detailed client records, file notes and compliance documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Building and maintaining long-term client relationships through the provision of professional, ethical and high-quality financial advisory services.
Keeping abreast of developments in financial markets, investment products, lending regulations and industry trends to provide informed advice to clients.

Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor degree or higher qualification in Finance, Financial Planning, Commerce, Accounting, Economics, Business or a related discipline. Australian tertiary qualifications are preferred.
Minimum three (3) years of relevant full-time experience as a Financial Investment Adviser, Financial Planner, Wealth Adviser, Investment Consultant or closely related role.
Demonstrated experience in preparing financial plans, investment strategies and wealth management solutions.
Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong report writing, financial analysis and client relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently while maintaining high professional and ethical standards.
