**The Opportunity**

We have an opportunity for a Program Services, Accounts Payable Officer to be part of our Biosecurity Division within the Department of Primary Industries and Regions.

As part of the Biosecurity SA, Fruit Fly Response team, the Program Services, Accounts Payable (AP) Officer is responsible for providing and facilitating effective and efficient delivery of business and administrative services and coordinating the Accounts Payable function, contributing to supporting the strategic objectives of the Agency.

The primary purpose of the role is to support the Biosecurity SA, Fruit Fly Response Team by delivering key AP technical, customer service and administrative services. The Program Services AP Officer delivers an productive and effective AP function within Treasurer’s Instruction 11 (TI11) parameters to support the Unit and assist the Program Services Team to provide efficient and effective business and administrative services tasks within agency policy and procedures.

The role contributes to delivering the agency’s priorities including support to the Biosecurity response to ensure the safety and productivity of South Australia’s food production industry. While the role’s primary function involves provision of an efficient and effective AP service, support will also be provided for a variety of administrative functions as required.

- Full-time, 37.5 hours per week.

**Requirements**:

- Australian residency or current works permit is required (responsibility of applicant to provide evidence of a current work permit).

**Remuneration**

ASO2
- $58,709 min
- $63,154 max per annum, plus superannuation
