We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead from the front, drive results, and help us shape the future of premium car sales.

About the Role: As our Sales Manager, you’ll take ownership of:

- Leading sales operations and consistently exceeding monthly sales targets
- Managing the end-to-end customer journey with a sharp focus on satisfaction and style
- Supporting car acquisitions and curating the showroom with top-performing stock
- Bringing innovative ideas to elevate the dealership experience

While our current stock is strong, we’re actively building towards an even more elevated collection of stylish and premium vehicles, you’ll play a key role in shaping that journey.

What We’re Looking For:

- Proven experience in automotive sales (manager or senior consultant level)
- Driven, organised, and goal-focused
- Robust communication and leadership skills
- Confident in managing deals, negotiations, and high-end clients
- A passion for cars and a desire to work in a dealership that values style, quality, and results

About Drive In Style: We’re not your typical used car dealership. Drive In Style is a curated showroom of desirable cars that turn heads and excite drivers. We value premium presentation, exceptional service, and creating a “wow” experience from first click to final delivery.

Salary & Rewards: Base salary range: $60,000
- $80,000, depending on experience. Plus incentives and bonus structure.
- For the right person with solid experience and results, a higher package can be discussed._
