Retail Manager (Fyshwick)

**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Retail Manager to lead and oversee the day-to-day operations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- determining product mix, stock levels and service standards
- formulating and implementing purchasing and marketing policies, and setting prices
- promoting and advertising the establishment's goods and services
- selling goods and services to customers and advising them on product use
- maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions
- undertaking budgeting for the establishment
- controlling selection, training and supervision of staff
- ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations

**Required Qualifications and Experience**
- Minimum 1 years of experience in a retail management role, or a qualification at Diploma level or above in Business Management, Retail Management, or Hospitality Management
- Proven experience managing large teams (40+ staff) in a rapid-paced food service or retail environment
- Strong understanding of stock management, labour cost control, and sales performance
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and public holidays

- Competitive salary of $78,000 + superannuation
