**The minimum skills and experience required for this role are as follows**:

- Have previous experience within retail, preferably in fashion or footwear;
- Is adaptable to work both weekdays and weekend;
- Having experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets is essential;
- Previous experience managing staff and rosters;
- Experience in coaching, developing and motivating a team;
- Has a strong focus customer service; and
- Highly motivated and can demonstrate initiative.
