Installation / Site Supervisor (Hume)

**The Opportunity**

We are looking to appoint an experienced **Installation / Site Supervisor** to oversee daily install operations in our ACT territory.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of our installation teams
- Provide hands-on support, training and guidance to the team
- Demonstrating best practices and troubleshooting any issues that arise
- Monitor productivity and quality, identifying areas for improvement
- Lead the continual development of Safety Culture across the area of responsibility

**About You**

- Previous experience in construction, manufacturing or similar environment
- **Cert IV in Building & Construction & current licence holder (MUST)**
- Strong technical skills and a deep understanding of product installation
- WHS exposure with a focus on Zero Harm at all times and at all costs
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build instant rapport
