**What you will enjoy doing**
- Win new and competitor welding products business
- Identify and quickly close out small wins whilst managing longer, higher value and complex sales cycles,
- Effective manage your opportunity pipeline to ensure the business is achieving KPI’s and targets,
- Identify new business initiatives & develop sales strategies that deliver an excellent client journey,
- Understand the competitive landscape, customer aspirations/objectives, and any other marketplace influences to effectively position the SPW value proposition,
- Work alongside your colleagues on site and the wider SPW business to increase the impact of our overall strategy.
