The minimum skills and experience required for this role are as follows:

Have previous experience within retail, preferably in fashion or footwear;

Is adaptable to work both weekdays and weekend;

Having experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets is essential;

Previous experience managing staff and rosters;

Experience in coaching, developing and inspiring a team;

Has a strong focus customer service; and

Highly motivated and can demonstrate initiative.
