About the Role

In this Role You Will:

Prepare and process customer orders accurately and efficiently

Deliver quality service to both internal and external customers

Maintain a safe and professional working environment, reporting any safety concerns promptly

Coordinate with internal teams including Sales Admin, Despatch, and Inventory

Monitor and follow up on customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution

Raise purchase orders and arrange required services for the centre

Perform general administrative tasks including CRM and SAP-related duties

What You Bring to the Role:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

Experience using SAP (order entry, stock monitoring, notifications)

Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal

A proactive and flexible attitude, with the ability to work independently and in a team

Strong time management and the ability to follow processes and policies

A customer-first mindset with a qualified and courteous approach
