Operations Specialist (Fyshwick)

We are seeking Operations Specialists to support daily operations, including deploying, retrieving, and maintaining shared electric vehicles.

Responsibilities
- Operate a van to deploy and collect vehicles across the local area
- Interact with the community and handle retrievals safely, using de-escalation when needed
- Perform basic maintenance (e.g., brake adjustments, tire inflation) and ensure vehicle safety
- Respond to city requests (stickers, reflectors, compliance)
- Monitor parking zones and ensure vehicles are tidy and compliant
- Support events, battery management, and warehouse operations
- Communicate effectively with team members and report issues Provide occasional customer assistance in the field Skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (age requirement varies: 18–21+)
- Experience in a similar role and familiarity with local geography preferred
- Ability to drive vans, work outdoors, and lift up to 35 kg Comfortable using mobile apps (iOS preferred)
