Our client is an established Australian retailer with 30 boutiques nationally; Committed to inspiring women to feel confident and comfortable in their range of quality, well cut and interesting clothing designs.

More than your average Store Management role, this involves an extremely high level of attention to detail to ensure store operations keep running smoothly. You will have complete control of your stock inventory and also be required to contribute heavily to the visual merchandising of the store; All while leading your team to success, engaging your local community with direct marketing lead by you, achieving KPI targets and ensuring our loyal clientele keep coming back.

**What you bring**:

- Fun, bubbly personality and passion for providing premium customer service and styling advice
- Drive to succeed and lead your team to success
- 2+ years of experience in similar store management role
- An eye for fashion and strong visual merchandising skills
