**About the Role**: As the EL2 Level Property Capital Works (Labour Hire) leader, you'll play a pivotal role in our client's Corporate, Information and Property Services Branch. Your responsibilities will span from project leadership to detailed construction management, ensuring the successful delivery of centralised corporate services and management of the property portfolio.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Lead and manage detailed property projects with sensitivity.
- Oversee end-to-end construction project management, including planning, design, approvals, procurement, delivery, and handover.
- Develop business cases, executive briefs, and project reports.
- Conduct research and analysis, preparing draft reports on project activities.
- Manage project budgets, reviewing and reporting on expenditure.
- Identify and manage program governance, addressing project risks, issues, and benefits.
- Establish and manage procurement and contracts, monitoring contractor performance.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging high performance and collaborative behaviours.

**About You**:

- Property capital projects experience with a complex scope.
- Relevant experience in project leadership and management roles.
- Qualification in Project Management.
- Deep knowledge of Project Management and Construction management systems and principles.

**Desirable Skills**:

- Experience in major program change and rollout.
- Be able to pass a National Police Check
