Duties and Responsibilities

Performing office administrative duties and reception like answering phone calls, making appointments, and processing payments

Assisting the dentist in providing patient care during a wide range of treatment

Building rapport with patients and making them feel comfortable

Sterlization of instruments, setting up and cleaning of treatment areas in accordance with mandatory and practice protocols

Assisting with laboratory duties

Providing support to other members of the team
