Monday Morning Care Needed For Toddler In Deakin

Our Family:

We're a small Canberra family looking for a babysitter on Monday mornings for our 2.5 year old toddler for the next few months. He is a very sweet boy who gives lovely cuddles and likes playgrounds, his big sister, and anything to do with diggers.

Your Duties:

Main focus will be caring for our toddler, with some nappy duties, preparing morning tea, putting him down to nap, etc. No other household chores etc required. Applicants would ideally have WWCC, first aid cert and/or some ECEC training or experience. Occasional weekend day/evening work also potentially available (if this is of interest).

Our Perfect Caregiver:

We would love to find a caregiver who makes our child feel protected and secure, is alert to his interests (and doesn't mind sitting on the floor playing with the hot wheels cars!). Car/license isn't essential as there are plenty of playgrounds, walks and cafes nearby, but we would love someone to be willing to take him out for outings, and/or engage him in a range of activities at home.
