We are seeking individuals with a **background in Administration** interested in working **part-time 3 days for a fixed term of 3 months** in the Occupational Rehabilitation sector in our office at **Deakin ACT**.
This role is to coordinate and deliver a range of high quality administrative business processes and services for the provision of Occupational Rehabilitation services to our business, customers, and clients.
- Accurate data entry into and maintenance of IPAR’s client database system;
- Generating and processing invoices;
- Basic debtor reporting and oversight of collections of overdue accounts;
- Basic customer data reporting and analysis;
- Liaise with business colleagues and customers, as necessary, to support the collection and retrieval of relevant information or details, to support the effective delivery of our services;
- Provide information and advice to clients, or prospective clients, to ensure a high level of customer service is provided;
- Provide excellent customer service to business colleagues, clients and customers;
- Assist with all ad-hoc administration tasks as required.

**Qualifications** We are looking for a team player, with a friendly and helpful manner and a positive approach to work.
**You will also have**:
- Intermediate proficiency with the MS Office suite, specifically with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word;
- Exceptional attention to detail;
- Ability to effectively monitor tasks to meet all deadlines;
- Proactive problem solving skills, using initiative and resourcefulness;
- Professional written and verbal communication skills;
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Ability to treat all sensitive information with professionalism and confidentially;
- Ability and flexibility to adapt to changes, and an openness to learn new things;
- Professional appearance and demeanour.
Experience working within the medical, health or professional services industry would be highly regarded but not essential if the above skills criteria can be demonstrated.
