- Referral Bonus Program The Role As a Care Service Employee, you will:
- Provide emotional and social support whilst assisting residents with a range of daily life activities
- Support residents with self-care including grooming, bathing and dressing
- Reporting any changes of resident to the Registered Nurse on the shift duty
- Assist with mobility including using mechanical lifting aids and ensuring the residents comfort
- Assist in mealtimes and social activities. #LI-DNI
- Minimum requirements
- Certificate III in Aged Care / Individual Support/ 2nd year Nursing students who have completed 1 placement.
- Experience in similar role in aged care
- A genuine enthusiasm, care and compassion in your commitment to working with elderly people
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Respect for all people, regardless of background, age, gender, religion and ethnicity
