Property Manager (Gawler)

About the Role This is a hands-on Property Management role suited to someone who is organised, detail-driven and confident managing both the operational and client-facing aspects of property management. Key Responsibilities
- Manage a residential property portfolio end-to-end
- Review and approve tenancy applications
- Prepare and execute tenancy agreements and associated documentation
- Advertise available properties and manage leasing enquiries
- Conduct open inspections and coordinate leasing activity
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance with trades and contractors
- Conduct routine, ingoing and final inspections
- Manage rent arrears and complete rent reviews
- Handle bond lodgements, transfers and claims
- Prepare and attend tribunal matters where required
- Ensure compliance with legislation and internal procedures
- Work closely with the BDM team throughout onboarding and leasing processes About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in residential property management
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- The ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously
- A solution-focused mindset with accountability for outcomes
- Sound knowledge of property management systems and processes
