Description:
We’re a values-driven support service seeking caring and reliable Disability Support Workers to join our team in the Geelong area.

About the Role:
You’ll be supporting individuals with disabilities to live independently, engage in their community, and achieve their personal goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide personal care and domestic assistance

Support with community access and social activities

Assist with transport and appointments

Promote independence and wellbeing

What We’re Looking For:

Genuine compassion and patience
Experienced female applicants due to client‘s needs and preferences

Preferably a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar disability support or aged care role
Cert III or IV in Disability or Individual Support (preferred)

Current First Aid & CPR

NDIS Worker Screening Check & WWCC

Driver’s license and reliable vehicle
