Case Manager – Personal Injury – Geelong, VIC Full Time Ongoing Chance Work from Home – Hybrid and Flexible working arrangements available Be a part of our national team of Personal Injury experts About the role The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of Workers Compensation claims, strategise and implement effective recovery and return‑to‑work plans, maintain high customer service standards, and work with key stakeholders to achieve compliance and outcomes. Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of Workers Compensation claims.
- Strategise and implement appropriate recovery and return‑to‑work goals.
- Maintain high customer‑service standards and build effective relationships with injured workers, employers, and medical professionals.
- Determine strategies to progress claims toward appropriate goals. Thrive in a fast‑paced environment with tight timeframes: the claims team operates in a dynamic, high‑performing setting requiring adaptability, strong time‑management and the ability to meet strict deadlines while juggling competing priorities. Support customers with empathy and resilience: work closely with individuals facing significant vulnerabilities due to workplace injuries, requiring compassion and resilience to navigate challenging, emotionally sensitive situations. About you
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret information, including legislation.
- Effective relationship building and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to prioritise workload to ensure required outcomes are achieved.
