We're currently looking for 2 experienced Packaging Operators to join our Geelong brewery. This role is suited to someone who knows high‑speed manufacturing environments, understands what good line performance looks like, and can hit the ground running in a fast‑paced FMCG setting. - Week 1: Monday–Thursday | 6:00am–4:00pm
- Week 2: Monday–Thursday | 4:00pm–2:00am What you’ll be doing
- Operate and support high‑speed FMCG packaging lines
- Deliver against the production plan with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and uptime
- Troubleshoot issues and support continuous line performance
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and smarter ways of working
- Work closely with your crew to achieve shift targets safely and effectively
- Champion safety standards and safe work practices across the brewery What you’ll bring
- Proven experience operating packaging or production lines within Manufacturing, FMCG, food & beverage, or a similar environment
- Strong operational capability and confidence working in fast‑paced production settings
- Experience troubleshooting equipment and responding to line issues
- A team‑first mindset with a hands‑on, proactive approach
- Solid attention to detail and commitment to quality and process standards
