**About the facility**
- Our major sites include University Hospital Geelong in Geelong’s CBD, the McKellar Centre precinct in North Geelong, Barwon Health North in Norlane, and residential aged care facilities spanning the region. Comprehensive mental health, community health and dental services are delivered through various programs across the Barwon South West Region, including Torquay and Colac.

**About the role**
- As a Administration and Customer Services Officer you'll be working within a multi-disciplinary team environment focusing on the provision of government funded carer support services that are responsive to the needs of the local community. You'll encompass a variety of roles including daily reception and admin duties, processing of invoices and accounts, data input, providing excellent customer service to carers and care recipients and contribute to the success of working as a team to meet targets and expectations around KPI's.
