Location: Based at our Geelong, Waurn Ponds Campus
Work Hours: Part-time (FTE 0.50) and continuing
Salary: HEW 5 $83,407–$93,548 + 17% Superannuation
Responsibilities
Deliver effective and effective outcomes and outputs against team and operational work plans utilizing multiple clinical and data management software systems simultaneously.
Take personal responsibility and show initiative to meet goals and objectives, contributing to an inclusive team workplace and a welcoming setting for students and staff accessing services.
Consult with available sources to gather relevant information and seek the expertise and advice of other people as appropriate, ensuring relevant referrals to various Health and Wellbeing services per existing guidelines.
Recognise the importance of teamwork and effective communication among team members and build rapport within the immediate team in ways that are respectful and inclusive of others.
Clarify expectations and respond promptly to client requests, queries or complaints to ensure client needs are met to agreed standards and timelines, escalating to appropriate staff as required.
Qualifications
Medical Reception experience essential.
Knowledge of clinical software packages, particularly Best Practice, is essential.
Completion of an Associate Diploma and at least two years subsequent relevant work experience; or
An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
Experience in MS Office products, email applications and databases.
Experience in a customer service environment in a large organisation.
