Are you ready for your next operational leadership opportunity leading a talented group of Program Leads who are supporting Teachers and Students? Do you want to be part of the leadership team developing and executing The Gordon’s Education Strategy? Time to showcase your operational leadership and organisational skills to develop, implement and monitor business and operational plans including resources and budgeting experience.
Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Lead your teams and professional staff to achieve excellence in education; student engagement, experience and retention; and operational and business processes.
- Manage and deliver on performance targets to support business and operation sustainability through workforce planning, utilisation and financial management, including a portfolio budget.
- Contribute to strategic workforce planning for the portfolio by providing relevant data and insights into future workforce trends and requirements to influence workforce planning initiatives.
- Facilitate regular market and product reviews to validate alignment with industry and create innovative solutions and new product opportunities ensuring programs comply with regulatory standards.

- Experience in developing and implementing business plans and managing resources and budgets.
- Proven success in identifying and actioning opportunities for growth and revenue uplift.
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and communication skills, with the ability to liaise, consult, and negotiate effectively.
- Proven business experience and/or relevant qualification in business, management, leadership or education.
