Customer Service Representative Geelong

$60K-$65K + Super, full time, permanent.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and walk‑ins.

Coordinate service, repair, and warranty bookings.

Resolve customer concerns and elevate issues where required.

Maintain accurate customer records in Salesforce/SAP C4C.

Support warranty reporting and parts usage administration.

Identify sales opportunities and refer upgrade enquiries to the Sales Team.

Assist in developing FAQ and customer support content.

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or warranty administration.

Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.

High attention to detail and excellent organisational abilities.

Ability to multitask in a rapid‑paced workplace.

Experience with SAP, Salesforce, or similar systems is advantageous.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
