Policy and Procedure Development: Creating and Reviewing Customer Service Guidelines

Operational Efficiency: Streamlining Call Centre Operations

Leadership and Recruitment Support: Guiding and Assisting Team Members

Staff Management and Development: Inspiring and Training Customer Service Personnel

After-Sales Services Planning: Enhancing Customer Satisfaction and Service Performance

Interdepartmental Collaboration: Coordinating with Other Units and Customers

Customer Relations Maintenance: Cultivating Solid Client Relationships

Qualification: Diploma

Experience

At least two years of relevant experience, preferable in a cleaning company.

Pay: $70,000.00
- $75,000.00 per year
