The Role: We are seeking a highly skilledBusiness Analystto support the successful delivery of strategic initiatives within our IT and Business Transformation roadmap.This is a critical role that will drive business analysis excellence across multiple programs, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and enhanced client service delivery. Key Responsibilities:
- Leadrequirements elicitation, documentation, and validation across multiple projects
- Conductprocess analysis and mappingto identify gaps and improvement opportunities
- Facilitatestakeholder interviews and workshopsto align business and technical needs
- Draftbusiness cases, functional specifications, and test plans
- Supportsolution validation andvendor selection (RFP process) About You: You are a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst with:
- Proven experience inregulatory compliance(AML or similar highly desirable)
- Strong background inworkflow automation,legal tech, ordocument generation platforms
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work independently and part of a dynamic project team manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
