A Day In The Life As a CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST your daily tasks will include:
- Managing customer enquiries across phone, email, live chat, and other digital channels
- Creating, tracking and resolving customer service tickets
- Supporting returns, exchanges, credit notes and delivery investigations
- Providing support to the eCommerce and web-packing teams About You Customer service experience is helpful, but not essential
