Delivery & Customer Service - Medical Industry (Geelong)

Keystone Healthcare seeks a dedicated and motivated individual to join our growing team.

This varied and exciting role would see you delivering and collecting medical equipment to Hospitals and Aged Care facilities across Melbourne and regional Victoria.

**Casual position** one day per week, with the opportunity to obtain other short notice shifts. The role will suit a customer focused, motivated and logical person, who would be entering hospital wards and engaging with ward staff, so a police check is essential, as is a valid Victorian Driver's License and Working with Children's Check.

We operate 365 days a year supplying various Hospitals across Victoria with Aids and Equipment, we have a keen focus on pressure care and fall prevention.

We are seeking individuals who are comfortable working independently while still contributing to the overall team and who possess the following:

- Previous experience in delivering/installing medical equipment to healthcare facilities or Patient Transport Services would be preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience in a customer service role, demonstrating the ability to liaise with various healthcare professionals or patients within hospitals and aged care settings.
- Basic data entry, both online and on paper.
- Demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
- Understanding of OH&S; and manual handling practices. Some lifting is required.
- Ability to work as part of an effective team.
- The ability to respond to the shifting priorities of a energetic healthcare environment.
- Have a valid driver's license, valid Police Check, and a Working with Children Check.
- Up-to-date Covid & Flu Vaccination Certificates.

Pay: $32.06 per hour
