Social Media Manager (Geelong)

We are looking for a Social Media expert to own the brand’s social channels for Cotton On Menswear. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team to develop and deliver an innovative social media calendar that supports brand moments across global channels.
- Create and execute social media marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and conversion.
- Analyze performance of content, identify opportunities for growth, and report findings to key stakeholders.
- Strengthen market position by amplifying the brand message across all channels and ensuring a consistent global presence. Qualifications
- Degree or qualification in Marketing or Advertising.
- Demonstrated experience in Social Media, ideally within a retail business.
- Passion for leading and developing a team.
- Proven skills in analysing data and reports related to customer reach and engagement.
- Experience working with omni‑channel strategies.
- Solid knowledge of web analytics platforms and data analysis tools.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines while focusing on key priorities. Benefits
