Customer Service Representative (Geelong)

Position Overview Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, managing service enquiries, bookings, warranty support & customer satisfaction? You will be the first point of contact for our valued Geelong customers. $60K-$65K + Super, full time, permanent. - Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and walk‑ins.
- Coordinate service, repair, and warranty bookings.
- Resolve customer concerns and elevate issues where required.
- Maintain accurate customer records in Salesforce/SAP C4C.
- Support warranty reporting and parts usage administration.
- Identify sales opportunities and refer upgrade enquiries to the Sales Team.
- Assist in developing FAQ and customer support content. What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or warranty administration.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
- High attention to detail and excellent organisational abilities.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced workplace.
- Experience with SAP, Salesforce, or similar systems is advantageous.
