From inspiring company-wide communications and exciting internal events to engagement initiatives that make a real impact

What You'll Be Doing You’ll play a key role in driving employee connection and engagement through:
- Creating impactful internal communication campaigns and leadership messaging
- Bringing Town Halls, employee celebrations and major internal events to life
- Supporting exciting organisation-wide initiatives including Diversity, Equity & Inclusion programs and change projects.
- Developing engaging content across digital channels, intranet and internal platforms
- Turning employee insights and feedback into meaningful action
- Equipping leaders with communication tools, messaging and resources
- Creating modern, visual and engaging storytelling content employees actually want to read What You'll Bring
- 3-5 years' experience in internal communications, employee engagement or a similar role
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capability
- Creativity, initiative and a collaborative mindset
- Confidence managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Qualifications in Communications, PR, Journalism, Event Management or similar What's In It for You?
